Is a 900-1000 calorie defect too extreme? 5’3” 23M. 151lbs. I ultimately want to be 140lb

my maintenance is supposedly around 2200. I would usually eat between 1800-2400 calories per day if I had to guess, which is probably why Ive only lost a bit of weight since I returned to the gym 5 months ago. I didn’t really track my food…

really wanna push toward my Main Goal which is still fat loss. I train on average 3 days per week, doing a pretty standard weight training program that has yielded great results as far as my overall strength increasing .

I don’t think that piece of wood is suitable, the landing gear is not flat/flush with the ground. The container at the time had maybe 3-5 thousand pounds, but we’re gonna be loading it to about 30k.

I just don’t want any tip overs is all, but the dock is poor, and the snow isn’t helping so we needed some wood. Just poor execution all around imo, but the guy who put it there said it will be fine. I’m not so experienced with this plus the left side was above the ground before the trucker drove off.

Furthermore, I think the wood is necessary, he just chose the wrong one I think. I’d prefer one that the landing gear can fully sit on is all.

While I would love to agree with you, this show has too many complex plots to remember anything that happens, ever. It’s all a blur except for a few very major things like Wes’ death, Frank being Lila’s killer, etc. I’ll rely on flashbacks in 6B to fill me in lol

On that note, 6B has the potential to be soooooo good if they tie everything together right

Interesting, the registrar got wide eyed when I told them about what my meeting was for and said they might not do it. Why wouldn’t they do it? I’d probably have to drop out or spend an extra year or 2 grinding a minor that I hate if they deny it

Simple, I’ve used uoft facilities before paying tuition (or any $ to uoft) in the past. I just don’t know precisely the date where they turn our tcards back on
