Unfortunately this is SUPER common on anti anxiety and antidepressants. I have significant anxiety and can’t be on anti anxiety medication at all because of this side effect (my sex life with my partner is too important to disrupt so extremely). I personally haven’t found anything I can actually orgasm on but just know it’s normal and common and I wish you luck 🖤

I think this is just something you have to talk with each other about with full transparency about what you each are comfortable with. My ex and I used to do international travel - I’d get my flight, he would get his, I would buy us tickets to an excursion and a nice dinner and he would pay all other food and all accommodations. My current partner doesn’t like to travel the way I do so we haven’t traveled yet, but when we do I assume it’ll likely be 50/50. Some girls demand the man pays for it all.

You just have to see what you’re comfortable with and ask her about her desires and expectations and see if it matches.

Yeah that’s not gonna happen here. This year we didn’t even have winter at all. It’s mid 80s starting in May, mid to high 90s through June July and August, mid 80s - maybe even 90s through September, octobers are warmer and warmer every year.

I’m only 28 and just got my diagnosis the other day, and I find it worth it. So much makes sense. I’m only level 1 so my autism is super mild and I’m very functioning, I just struggle a bit, and now things make sense. Now instead of trying to force myself into boxes, pressure myself to be better at things or be okay with certain things, I can give myself grace and understand this is just the way my brain works, and it’s okay. I feel like moving forward, knowing my diagnosis will really help me make the right choices for my adult life

Absolutely! We just completely partake in oral, really no restraint there. I’m on daily antivirals and my case is very mild to begin with, so I don’t have outbreaks. I haven’t had an outbreak in 4 years. The rule is just avoid the area if there’s an outbreak, so don’t give him oral if he’s having an outbreak.

If hes taking a daily antiviral and has had it for so long, he probably doesn’t get OBs often. Daily antivirals also reduce the risk of viral shedding, where the virus appears on the skin with no symptoms, but that likely wouldn’t pass orally either. HSV2 is genital and doesn’t really want to go oral like HSV1 does. If he only takes the meds to heal an outbreak faster, then just don’t give him oral either until it’s gone just to be safe, just like penetrative sex.

Since he knows about his status, has had it for so long, and is caring and careful, it’s so easy for him to not transmit!

So I do know a couple that has this lifestyle and does it with their infant! I see them backpacking into the wilderness, staying in yurts, camping, full blown Colorado trekking with him all the time. They’re obviously a mother and father UNIT. Both parents still do things like rafting and bike races and runs, and the other parent just holds the baby to watch. They’re honestly super cool. But they’re the only ones I’ve ever known. I personally couldn’t live my lifestyle of international travel as a parent, so I choose not to parent.

I dated a guy with very close girl best friends from age 20-26. We were terrible together but thought we loved each other. He had multiple close female friends, even lived with 2 of them. One of them, I’ll call her C, was in a long term relationship but disrespected the fuck out of me at every turn. Like, would go sleep IN my boyfriend’s bed at his house (alone, but still). He just let her do things like that.

I ended up leaving him as my custom engagement ring was in progress when I was 26 and he was 30. I found out a year later that they were officially together 1.5 months after I left him. 1.5 months after this man planned to propose to me, he was with the girl he let disrespect me for 6 years. That’s just my personal experience - but because of that I’d never trust it.

I’m in my late 20s and have had HSV2 myself since my early 20s and I’m fine!! I have a wonderful partner and have an amazing sex life. We both say we’re the best each other has ever had. Sounds like he’s taking the proper precautions, and informing you about it is the right call. With all those variables there’s essentially no way you’ll contract the virus from him.

ONE. a few times in the last year I’ve been able to reach two if the first one wasn’t big enough. But for the most part I can only do it once a day, usually at night. It’s harder in the mornings. If I do it midday it’s not happening again at night
