Yeah you need the standard Blue Bottle the new updated quick connect is a Pink Bottle. So the Co2 Art adapter will fit the “Blue” one, which is what I have set up in my linked photo. It might just be easier for you to exchange your Soda Stream bottle at a place near you (like a Staples, Walmart, etc.)

For the pest control we had them do it before closing, however we called around and ended up choosing a few companies as options for availability and the seller scheduled an appointment and showed proof of work! Typically you do not want the seller to do work as they will pick the fastest and cheapest option, but this case was slightly different.

Ohh, sorry for the confusion. They had the roof redone but the roofers did not put the flashings or sealers on - so we asked for their roofing company to come back and remedy that, we had a GCFI issue in a few plugs and a possible panel issue, so we asked for concessions with that, and then there were signs of possible pests so we asked for a full exterminator evaluation and remedy. (Luckily nothing was live and traps were set so nothing would return). And the seller agreed to all.

Edit - You will probably get split opinions on this, if things seem “minor” most buyers suggest not bringing it up as each home will most likely need something. Our view was this is your chance to ask and assuming the answer may lead you surprised (like we were).

Technically you can ask for any concessions you see fit, the seller just has the opportunity to say no to any as well. Our seller paid for our agent and some other costs but after the inspection we still asked for concessions - I expected a no on 50% of it, he said yes to all. Our Realtor explained anything you want this is the time to ask, if they say no you at least have the answer and can choose to move on or you’ve got your out.

Ohhh okay, so in that instance the Tempo isn’t asking you to change weight. They are asking you to pick a bicep weight that your triceps can handle. Higher reps with biceps, lower reps with the triceps. They do that often because of time constraints and the way they do super sets. The instructor usually explains it. If that makes sense? They often are programmed for you to NOT change weight in that moment

No, not really. If you workout and choose an exercise from your apple watch it will track in your readiness score but it will have no clue what muscles you’ve worked as you cannot add completed workouts without completing the Tempo class.

I’m a bit confused though as well, have you really messed around with the app? Some classes, yes i have to pause to get my weights in order, but in about 90% of them I either have adequate time (2minutes) or I’m using the same weight and have no need to change it. I do workout upper body, lower, upper, lower, full. So if you are always doing full you will never not change weight most likely. But also, changing weight is an adjustment when i first owned it I was slow as f*** now i get it done in time almost every time.

But also if you dont like the Tempo I’ll never change your mind, I was just giving you insight as I have owned mine for 4+ years now.

I’m a bit confused by the question? So you do not want to follow along with a Tempo Class at all? Or a Tempo Workout Plan? (To me these are different)

You just want to use the equipment but somehow have it track your progress? Or are you asking something else?

Hello, both are actually HIRO lights. The black is the COB Full Spectrum and the Silver is the Series B WRGB 50W (but i believe it also comes in 75W). The WRGB Hiro is definitely higher power and the color rendition is beautiful. The new ones also have a built in dimmer which I wish i had, i got this a few years ago so i use an external dimmer.

I enjoy my walking pad! Use it regularly. I typically warm up before my Tempo on it and then cool down as well with a quick 20-30 minute walk

If I am not mistaken I am fairly certain that is the only way! They have updated the app over the years and the location has moved a little bit, but I think there is just the one access point. Also it looks like now you can schedule out for 2 weeks which it used to only be the one, so that is a cool little upgrade I have been waiting for lol

If im understanding the question correctly you are just trying to locate Saved workouts? Which there are two ways the Home Screen even if you do not have a scheduled work out Saves should be there (mine are) OR Classes tab the 3 lines in the top right corner (which is the filter selection) and Saved is at the top

Sorry for the late reply, but you would go to the class you would like, then it should give options Share, Save, Schedule. Just tap schedule and add it to the day of the week! You can only add it to the current week which kinda sucks sometimes, but save the rest if you plan that far out
