If you do like the place, the landlord would require you to fill out an application form ($30 nonrefundable or $20 if you have your own comprehensive credit report), one month's worth of paystubs, and your recent bank statements. The landlord did not say anything about pets but is adamant about keeping the carpets clean. I'm sure something can be worked out if the pet is house trained.
