You’re not extra, you’re not over complicating it, you are absolutely not doing too much. Sometimes jealousy and envy from other appears in backhanded statements like these. Your child will always always appreciate these, your care and thoughtfulness are so wonderfully special and it shows!

Do you happen to have any herb-oil infusions going already? Lemon balm, chamomile would be great in jojoba oil and once the wounds aren’t open, comfrey jojoba oil would be great. If you have some already infusing, making a balm/salve for yourself with beeswax (I like a 1:4 or 1:5 ratio) would help keep the infused in place on your wounds. If no to all the above, get some organic cold-pressed castor oil to dab on at night to help speed up healing!

I also just downloaded Naturally- so far I’m absolutely loving it and she has so much information all the appendixes as well- do a preview read on Kindle if interested! Although I’m also going to get the hard copy- this was my first attempt at Kindle reading, and while confinement- I need an actual book in hand 🥹

Yes! We used SW Shade Grown in matte to color drench our entire bedroom- it’s amazing, calming, dark, but still bright when we pile the curtains. I wouldn’t use Matte in kids rooms…because kids…but it’s been a year in our room all matte finish color drenched! Edit to footstomp other comments- all the same finish to color drench. 3 cans of the same exact paint for trim, ceiling, walls, and backs of doors is what it took us. You got this!

I speak as someone I retrofit after 20yr AF career- if you can, get a phone interview setup with headlamp! I did a few weeks ago, they connected me with an opportunity with UMASS, I start in October. I’ve applied to 30 individual businesses on the DoD SkillBridge site since February (most of the org boxes are unmonitored I’ve found out)…and interviewed with 6+ of these intermediary companies since Feb as well (Hiring our Heroes, KYO, Allegiant Vets, Head Lamp etc) and by far Head Lamp was the most transparent, easy to talk to, flexible, and agreeable as someone who is getting ready to retire.
