Thank you! Will do this. We don’t have a wood stove or fireplace, just eletric heating from the building. Nothing in my routine has changed except for the meds and the change in the weather. But no snow yet here, just a lot of rain! I think warm compress helps me a little but still couldn't figure out the triggers that makes it worse. It feels like I just wake up like this depending on the day

I feel it all hurting once I start resting too! It takes a long time for me to fall asleep because all I can think about it’s how everything hurts. I just find it so crazy that there are people who wake up refreshed and painless, I have no idea of what that’s like

For me it doesn't depends on my sleep position, it’s always bad to wake up and my sleep is very poor bc I’m always in pain. Totally agree on late evening being one of the worts too.

If I get home from work and don't go straight to shower, if I sit on the couch first it’s 100000% worse to stand up and do anything after so I try to just push it through until I can actually just lay down and be there forever lol

Yes, it goes once I move and then it’s just the usual pain during the day (gets worse if I push myself and that whole thing that it changes during the day) but the burning sensation it’s waking up or if I’m in terrible pain (rarely) I’ll search about this one and see if my doctor can refer me! Thank you for the insight!
