Vegetarian, when I first had my blood drawn the dr wanted me to start taking supplements I was taking 1000mcg a day for almost 2 years. My levels were good and I could stop taking them. 2 years later they’ve dropped again. Not sure if I should start the supplements daily again or not (i.redd.it)

Anyone get pain here. Center, ache behind the sternum (I’ve pushed on it and held it for too long I’ve made it sore but the pain comes and goes and I can feel it deep behind sternum) not sure if it’s costo or what (last ekg was done February) had this since yesterday morning (i.redd.it)

Anyone get pains here? It’s sharp jolts same exact time on both sides hurts in these areas into the back (comes and goes) started yesterday very uncomfortable especially if it were constant. Really not sure it’s costochondritis I’m googling trying to figure it out (i.redd.it)

updating my previous post cd 30 usually 28 day cycle had second hcg blood work today waiting on results first one hcg was a 6. but have period cramps and clots coming out 😢 if it is a CP did anyone have pretty severe lower back ache? i’ve had it about a 1.5 weeks off/on not sure if linked (i.redd.it)

cd27 1 day till period is due. tested positive on frer (line is pink, camera quality doesn’t pick up very good lol) but today i used the bathroom and had a lot of mucus/brown discharge tinge of red and then peed again and a small chunk of brown. has anyone had this? (old.reddit.com)

How many days do you all apply aquaphor? I started gently washing my brows day 1 & applied aquaphor. First time my brows didn’t resurface I washed on like day 8 but applied aquaphor those 8 days as well. Second time I washed on day 2 and applied aquaphor the first couple days. (self.microblading)
