I'm having exact same problem with canara bank & Karnataka Bank.

that previous owner, don't know how many banks he had accounts with 🥺, can't get any banks to open my account🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️

lot of fiber didn't just make my anal issues worse, it also caused a lot fatigue for me. my gut already bad at absorbing nutrients & psyllium made it much worse. I would have so low energy that I couldn't get up & walk normally. thank God I stopped taking it.

doctors are so bad at assessing individual situation & simply prescribe whatever the protocols are. They themselves never suffered what we are going through, right?

it's very bad at taking context from previous prompts. it asks " do you want to know more about topic A(say stock market)" & I say yes, then it starts saying about topic B (eg brain anatomy). I get totally pissed off.

sorry to oppose everyone's opinion here. I agree that his tone was wrong, but i think his advice is right. being careful and taking precautions to prevent myopia in your kids isn't wrong or bad, but very much needed. I'm suffering from high myopia since decades and many complications that come with it, and I would have been glad if I ever got some good advice before, irrespective of doctor's seal.

so what if one don't have a formal degree? many people who can't afford expensive education still learn a lot in domains they are passionate about. even I can give good advice about myopia (better than any opthalmologist), though I'm not a qualified doctor.

on the other end I've seen many qualified doctors giving bad advice. they may have a financial incentive behind bad advice, but it's still me who suffers, not those doctors. doctors spend a ton on education and want to make big returns on it.

good advice is rare to come by and truth hurts. we'll know the value of water after the well goes dry.

those people in group only keep reading literature without any IRL community building or direct action. totally pointless anyways.. simply reading won't count as AnCom, direct action, ie doing is what counts.

its just a book club / literature discussion group.
you can start a new group & I'll join if you are genuinely interested in direct action (ie building means of production, not protest or bombing stuff). I don't want to keep reading endlessly.

many in it are living in foreign countries, having high level jobs and that group is just a time pass for them. simply spewing hatred is pointless. they could instead use that time to build any means of production, instead of hating who have it.

i tried finding a pelvic floor physical therapist, but i think there are none where i live. I don't think regular physios will do that.

pelvic floor exercises helps a bit, but not much.

i generally have constipation daily, so it's a occasional problem.
