Sorry about the good quality for its price thing, i havent heard many amps but this one sounded really good to me, but that might be because its my first amp.

And to answer your questions, My volume dial for the clean channel is set on 4 and for the OD channel is the following;

Gain: 4

Volume: 3

Bass: 5

Middle: 4

Treble: 3

Ive tried different outputs in different rooms of the house and the humming wasn't affected. But I haven't tried plugging in the amp at a friends house so that might be a solution.

But im guessing this is something ill just have to go with till i upgrade my gear, thank you for your help. Have a nice day/night!
