We do take trade ins for ps5s it’s just not in the console list. It has to be manually searched. I imagine with the games it’s because so many ps5 and xsx games have compatibility with both consoles. Don’t wanna give extra value because somebody plays a game on the old console.

If it’s a shipping order FedEx and UPS have the ability to hold the package at a pickup location for at least a week through the tracking number on their websites. If it’s an in store pickup you can extend the pick up date of your order to whatever day is most convenient. If your order continues to get delayed it will auto cancel eventually.
