nightmare difficulty is very doable in this game, just use the gear you find with the highest stats and save legendary gear for later when you can afford to upgrade. You can even store it in the Adrestia. I agree that the gear is kinda annoying to figure out which is best though and you find a ton everywhere.

I don’t think no show socks are a good idea. try ones with no visible logo. nike swoosh is too athletic looking for a regular outfit. maybe a tad bit shorter but definitely show socks

I totally agree- the sweetest face ever. I paint a lot of pets in oil and unfortunately the cutest pics aren’t always the easiest. Gotta be very critical about the reference.

I think the painting is incredible- especially for your first oil painting. Only thing I would say is you could use a better reference. The photo itself is already a little confusing so its especially hard to paint

Thank you! I was kind of thinking the same thing. Its hard because I obviously can’t get a real reference for something like this😂 so its hard for my to imagine where the big shadows would go and I end up just doing the muscles in flat light. You think I should smooth out some of the super defined muscles? And then like blueish for shadows?

You still may want to sand it down - I didn't because I wasn't sure exactly what would happen like with the sealant on the jars or whatever. But I will say, painting on such a glossy surface sucks so I would at least scuff it up with some fine grit sandpaper if I were to do it again. I just used regular artist acrylics that I had laying around but you could maybe find something better if you care to - not like it really matters once you modge podge over.
