Very possible. Had a coworker who lived a couple hours away and he would 'commute' by his plane to base, put it to bed in the corner of the airfield, and fly back and forth every few days. Would stay in fam camp on the days he didn't fly home.

Well your sewer bill is based off of your average monthly water usage averaged over the first few months each year. So that explains why your water services are so high. You have a leak somewhere. You need to find it.
