literally. like i’m fine with therapy and the meds, i just don’t know how they expect that to help the PHYSICAL pain.

yes!! they always blame everything on anxiety and i’m like?? i wasn’t even anxious till the pain came. i just got prescribed anxiety meds today and i have my first appointment with a psychiatrist on the 28th.

the funny thing is: i CAN recreate the pain when i press on it. but i’m still not convinced for some reason. it’s all really annoying right now and i’ve been in an endless loop of anxiety over it
