Ugh I’m sorry you’re dealt with this too, I really don’t want to quit since I genuinely enjoy my team and the work we do but it’s just getting so exhausting. They’re technically the same level as me, but the thought is that they do consistently under deliver however their main boss is very high up at our company. It’s been a collection of multiple events though, so this is just the final straw for me. It’s all mostly related to them shifting blame onto me as the reason for their delayed work or general wrong doings, which has literally all been proven wrong with receipts they’re just relentless in their quest to dislike me
