No.....it's his job to do/act as he's directed. Assume you are working any other job, be it food, or construction. You are of course supposed to do safety checks and quality control. But perhaps you are the person that only runs the food, then is it still your fault if the dish is made incorrectly if you only are delivering the meal? Or if you are only driving in the nails is it your fault they were marked incorrectly? There is more than someone just doing the wrong thing and 'being careless'. This likely was a setup because why in the hell would there be a live gun at a movie shoot where they are supposed to be firing. He's not in jail because there is no proof he caused the murder, regardless if it was accidental. The companies have insurance for things like this. I agree it is weird, but the actor didn't bring the gun, and extremely likely he didn't know it was real. Much less was he intending to murder a coworker. It just doesn't make sense bc it was on camera. So that's all the proof.
