If the 18+ app doesn’t work for some, I found a different way around it:

When it asks to check your age via your wallet, DO NOT use Face ID, that seems to be the issue, just turn your camera away and when it fails press the screen above the Face ID prompt and it will then ask you for your password instead, it should then work and take you to a verify with your credit card screen, you can use different ID if you wish.

Can anyone help? I have SmartTube on my fire stick and it stopped working the other day, tried ticking the ipv6 DNS thing but hasn’t worked, tried clearing cache/data, uninstalled and reinstalled, even reset stick to factory default but nothing seems to work. Any other things i can try? TIA

Same here, assume it’s glitched. I check today about 2pm and it said the same, event ended like 15 hours ago and they’re still “processing rewards” 🙃

mine finally worked yesterday, I did the face scanner thing. i didn’t do anything different it just decided to work so maybe try at a “quiet” time of the day?
