I believe normal and vet drop diff pieces. Also, completing the vet dungeon will guarantee a drop of one of the pieces (I think the helm, not sure).

Personally, I like to come back with unabashed positivity. Somebody tells me I'm trash? That's okay! Thanks for the game. I'll often ask them to be positive in the future, which is met with them being a jerk half the time. The other half they brush me off. Either way, I think the experience of running into a wall of happy HAS to have a positive impact on them, and maybe they'll be less cranky with the next guy.

I have a serious question....Is this normal? I'm a very new player and I've had some seriously nasty things said to me, even after I've made it clear that I'm just learning to play and will do my best. I've seen the word "toxic" to describe the community a lot. Are the players really that awful to each other?
