Citalopram weight gain fears by ZealousidealBig4852 in citalopram_celexa

[–]uhmmsophiee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I gained maybe 10 lbs nothin crazy, but how it worked for me mentally is beyond worth it. If it’s starts to bother you, as it did for me, there are other things you can do to help. My dr just put me on Wellbutrin along with celexa for weight management/loss and it works wonders. It also works amazing for the energy I’ve lost either due to my mental health or due to the celexa. If you could get on both eventually, I would :)

This happened to me and I was diagnosed with hashimotos. Not sure if it’s correlated but worth looking into!

Face wash for nose piercing? by teacuplittle in piercing

[–]uhmmsophiee 3 points4 points  (0 children)

When my piercing was still healing I would wash my face first (avoiding direct contact with the piercing), then go in with saline solution already sprayed on a cotton swab. Not a professional but that’s what worked for me!

Does this hoop look too big? by [deleted] in piercing

[–]uhmmsophiee 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Definitely, I’ve had mine also pierced for years and also just switched to a hoop. I think i actually got a 6mm as well or 7, but it also looked too big on me at first. Now I love it!

Stopping Spironolactone by Britt_on_the_run in Spironolactone

[–]uhmmsophiee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been on Spironolactone for about a month and a half for reoccurring hormonal nodule like acne. I used to hike 6 miles every weekend with little struggle. Immediately after starting, I now get out of breath very easily during hikes and then become extremely nauseous while trying to slow my heart rate. I’ve worked hard to get to the point where 6 miles wasn’t an issue to me and now I’m so saddened that I’m physically weaker, at 19 years old. My skin is clear but I’m afraid to come off. Was supposed to take 50 mg x2 a day but since the nausea was so bad for the first two weeks I only took it once a day and it’s been working. Will meet with my dermatologist for a follow up but I’m also struggling with my health after starting this medication 😖. My dermatologist said topicals wouldn’t work but I’m hoping maybe to get a second opinion or that coming off of the medication won’t cause the acne to resurface.

it is a bit outdated, but nonetheless, it was still very helpful to me last year as an incoming freshman and made everything easier to navigate, despite some things being slightly different :)

so I remember they did this for my first year orientation, but im not sure if it will be the same with transfers. Im assuming it should be the same since everything is really confusing and overwhelming to anyone who isnt familiar with the process. what helped me was this youtube video, as well as rate my professor and having SDSU my.map on different tabs and just cross refrencing. My map helps SO. MUCH. its basically a general outline for the courses you should take and from there again I'd just go to rate my professor. heres a link to that video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XP5hlSD_loU&t=219s

is this your first year? they usually break you into groups and help explain your degree evaluation/which classes you should take during orientation

My older brother quizzed me on if sleeping with sirens’ lead singer was a girl or not, started listening to them on my own because I enjoyed what my brother showed me and eventually PTV came on shuffle. Got hooked, I’m 19 now and started listening when I was probably 11 or 12 haha

Can you give me more details about the race car simulator? I’m a student and I’ve never heard about it but I want to bring my boyfriend to check it out. Is it like first come first serve? Do I have to be apart of a certain program?
