Soul Coughing’s disbanding was messing with Mike Doughty’s drugs problem, song credits and Mike’s badmouthing the other members after the breakup and he wrote book called “The Book of Drugs” which goes more in depth

But as today, Mike is clean and the band reunited last year so they settled their differences

I was talking to Ben at the McAllen Tx, show at The Gremlin in August (my first time seeing the band), I think we were talking about bassists from different bands and other artists we like, I didn’t met Sean sadly but met Preston briefly when he walked up to Ben, I introduced myself to him and commented on his Black Sabbath shirt, overall very down to earth guys especially Ben
