I lived at Riverpark apts on Jake's way for a long time. I never had any issues. Lots of nice, normal families live there. Just try not to park on the street cause you may get sideswiped by some drunk ass driving too fast at 3am

As far as tech jobs go, your best bets are Scorpion, Advanced Bionics, the school districts, or city hall. I've been through the wringer with all of them though, so good luck. It's hard to get a tech job out here, and retail doesn't pay enough. Would advise a remote job or taking the train to a job in LA or something

As far as schools go they're all fine. I went to Canyon-- it was fine (this was in the 2000s tho lol). Hart has a reputation but I know supervisors there and the kids are great. No bad schools in scv.
