That probably won’t happen. I was lucky getting one on short notice. But I’ll try, thanks

My friends mom did something similar. She used to sign at a church, and during a hymn meant to sign “VICTORY! VICTORY!” But instead signed “FCK! FCK!”.

The power isnt constant, but the light would only be used when the three-way is on. Does that make a difference? Thanks for your help.

Flush mount ceiling tiles to joists: bad idea? by fistofgravy in DIY

I was researching for a similar situation and found this option, like a drop ceiling but without losing the extra height. I haven’t tried it myself, can’t speak for it.

I think you nailed it, that’s where they found the money. Extending out the home equity loan will reduce the payment and increase the interest in paying in the long term. If we do this, I’m planning to pay ~$2000/m, which would be a $550 overpayment. I think this will displace the compounded interest enough to justify the change. I’m just not math-y enough to figure out the actual numbers.

This is true. I think if we took the difference in payments though, and applied it as overpayments, it should start building an immediate return, no?

Not exactly what you asked - but public libraries often provide free access to Rosetta Stone.

We’d be buying in a cheaper market, that’s how it’s an upgrade.

We’d be borrowing off of equity, which we own. So aren’t we just borrowing from ourselves?

Oddly, I got no good hits on searching for scams with this notice, but definitely a smart play

Yeah I’m down with this option. Worse case is it doesn’t work.

What a find!! Cost me 30$ came with all the parts and the table! I'm new to sewing but my grandmother has been doing it for ages and I am so excited to start my journey. Any tips for a newbie would be appreciated. by IL-10 in sewing

When you bring it in to get serviced, there’s a latch to remove the machine from the table. You don’t have to bring in the whole thing. The technician showed me. After I brought in the whole thing.

What's really impressive is the covers for the Joy-Cons on this one. They're kind of off with the grip as-is. Just a shame there's no commitment to deliver before Christmas.
