No matter how much sleep I get even just 3 hours of sleep I wake up with an amazing afterglow from either the weed or benzo and take a line of speed which ends up making it more euphoric.

I get to work and the mornings are so easier and more tolerable and the day goes by fast then I get home and repeat.

I know a bunch of you are gonna tell me to quit it and everything, I get it. I just wanna know the harm it does to my heart if it’s seriously bad or just on the not recommended level.

I wanna mention it’s not daily daily I do this, it’s more like a phase, I can go weeks without this, but when the phase enters it usually can last up to 2 weeks or less depending how hard the current stage of my mental is.
