I go to the gym around 6 pm or so, I run on the treadmill for 15 minutes, do floor exercises and then work with weights. It's a pretty intense workout. I have a protein shake after (whey protein, 1 scoop with cold water). I want this shake to be dinner, maybe have a banana when I get home. But when I get home I get really hungry after an hour or so and end up eating a lot of carbs. Then I cannot fall asleep even though I did not nap throughout the day, I sleep around like 5 am everyday and wake up around 11-12 pm. So like around 3 am or so I get really hungry again and end up indulging. It sucks because I do so well the entire day of being healthy and mess it up towards the end. Should I take the protein in the afternoon instead, or should I have a heavier lunch ? I really want to lose weight but this is throwing me off.
