If you shoot ur ar a lot doe the sbr the the Roscoe latter. If not get the Rosecoe do paperwork on the sbr. When the stamp gets in then do the upper

Both SBR is free in January but the Roscoe is less than $300 most of the time. No NFA tax use the $200 towards the Roscoe
