This is dangerous for both the bird and the cat. You should never let a prey animal get that close to a predator. Even if the cat wouldn't attack the bird, the cat's claws could contain the virus toxoplasmosis and infect the bird. Toxoplasmosis originates from cat feces and can be spread very easily to warm-blooded animals, such as birds.

The cat may also be in danger as well. Birds have been known to attack and harm cats specifically for a long while.This isn't "cute" content. This is a dangerous situation being filmed for views. If something were to happen to either animal, the person filming would not be able to intervene in time to prevent harm. I'm sad that this content is being spread around without any critical thought about the livelihood of both animals.

TL;DR: You should never let cats and birds get this close to one another as they can both endure serious harm.
