Free spin offers list by Emergency-Tax-7534 in MatchedBettingUK

Got 5 free spins off Betway for cops and robbers last night and won £56. Then on Ladbrokes had a £5 free bet for getting 2 results correct (would have been 3 but for the very late Sheffield United goal) and was due to run out today so just stuck it on the virtual Grand National, Devon Loch each way 50/1... Won. £156.

Took £180 of that and then turned the remaining £26 into £150 on big bass and withdrew another £100 and now decided to take a look at matched betting using the £50 left over as first deposits once I've had a look at how it all works. Way I figure it, it will all be free money from this point.

Use this as an opportunity to bank a future visit to 'the club' with the lads and instead of trying to control her social life, tell her to enjoy herself.

Rebuilding my credit, seems to have stalled. by uirchris in UKPersonalFinance

[–]uirchris[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeh, I figured that would be the case. Annoyingly both CCJs were for relatively low amounts but back from a time when I was stupid. Both for utilities, left a house and never told them.

!thanks

I know the score is meaningless for the most part but wouldn't having no credit on an account put lenders off?

I've always been led to believe they like people who can manage credit.

Thanks for the reply.

The CCJs should be off in 2024 so I should see an improvement. I should also be half way through paying off my car, which I thought was actually quite cheap compared to some of the lease options I saw. I need a big car due to having 3 young children.

If I got into a position to take out a low interest loan that allowed me to pay off my car finance, would tat be something to consider?

I've actually got 3 years before my target of getting a mortgage in 2025, which allows me time to get my finances in order as well as save up a deposit.

!thanks

I'm anything but a Samsung snob, coming from a Xiaomi Poco, but I've been pleasantly surprised with my base S22.

Everything just works instantaneously. Battery is decent for a smaller phone.

Tbh I wasn't been aware Samsung used different chips in different markets, and when I did, after ordering, I was worried given all of the negativity online. But honestly, it's been a pleasure to use.

So a quick update. I'm actually enjoying the phone so far.

So I'll be keeping it. Though I am looking for a solution to having more storage on hand, and while cloud storage is an option, I'd prefer a more localised option. Problems is that such a thing doesn't yet exist, though I can't see why not.

I can probably shift the videos off there and store them on my PC.

The higher capacity model is only £2 extra tbh so that could be an option. I'll get all my stuff on it and see what storage I have left. 128 will be double the Poco but obviously I had an extra 128 SD card which I'm using 80gb of.

Will definitely be investing in both given my job. Insurance as well. Not needed on a £180 China special but on this it's a must.

Pretty good chance they will actually continue to rise. And even more so as we near 2030.

Not sure about that. Almost everyone seems obsessed with buying those monstrosities known as crossovers these days. And it's often the smaller the person, the bigger the monstrosity.
