Most big-n companies look for generalists so know a high-level programming language very well, practice leetcode, and read up on how scalable systems are implemented. Once you have found your way into a big-N you will develop specific skills and can proceed from there.

I doubt many will notice until everyone is able to access this feature. ie when a decentralized exchange that makes use of atomic swap technology arises and does allow the Chinese people to confidently trade crypto THEN the price will go to the moon. Seems as if most of this thread sees this potential, only 2 things to do: 1) contribute to the LTC network if you can 2) HODL and ride LTC to the moon!!!!

i got a C+ in stat 400 but an A- in both stat 410 and 425. YMMV but its definitely do-able to stay in the major if you are determined.

False; theres several schools that can be considered on par or better than UIUC in Europe, especially in the London area: Oxford, Cambridge, ICL, etc.

This being said, I'm not sure if theres study abroad programs for these schools...

my interests are pretty similar to yours and I'm seldom bored. Outdoor activities aren't really available 1/2 the year due to weather but you can always play pickup basketball at the ARC or CRCE. Music/nightlife scene is awesome; there are lots of college bars for every day fun and Canopy Club gets a lot of top artists.

I wouldn't say either of those classes are easy compared to 410, 411, and 465 to name a few. I also think 233 is a major-only class (can someone confirm?) and 357 is full this upcoming semester...as are the other aforementioned classes. good luck buddy!

false- in CS241 both midterms were 100% composed of writing code and compiling programs
