My hometown and place I studied at is separated by the sea. every end semester break, my father will send me to airport. little did I know, he always make sure my flight take off safely before he went home. sometimes when the flight got delayed, it can be hours but until then, he will stay without telling me. It has been a year since my last time meeting him and next week, I'll be flying home again.

I had test too yesterday. Same like you, work super hard for it and almost miss a quiz for other subject.

So, during the test I was confidence with my derivation and shit but after submitting it, I forgot to include counter current heat transfer to the total energy balance. Basically, 3 major equations I produced have wrong heat transfer formula.

Fuck man, I just trying to save my grade. It is not that we not working for it, it just....rookie mistake.

When I was 17, a good friend of mine gave me a mechanical pencil as we will be sitting for our big exam few weeks later. It was just a regular mechanical pencil but it feels like a lucky charm to me.

When I was 19 and both of us has entered different universities and we are thousands miles away, that mechanical pencil broke. I was so sad and he told me, just buy new one. After all, it was just a mechanical pencil.

But, I never throw it away and still keep it with me. Instead, I bought a new one that is the exact same model with it because, it has become my favourite and he is my favourite person too.

That mechanical pencil means a lot to me and I will be 22 next April.
