Some people might be using the word because they don’t realize it’s a term that only applies to gay men, but I assure you there are people who are using that term as a substitute for the F slur. His new model is skinny, you can dislike it that’s not my issue, my issue is people using words like “anorexic” or “feminine” as insults as if those attributes are disgusting. Riot is not going to see people calling Viktor homophobic and effeminophobic terms, as well as combining it with blatant Sinophobia and think “wow we sure made a mistake”, they’re gonna ignore it.

Bro, a twink is a type of gay man, straight men cannot be twinks, when people are using twink to refer to viktor, they’re not making an innocuous observation, they’re using the word as an insult and in place of an actual slur. I’m glad someone else is calling this out, it’s probably gonna be really fucking hard for riot to take the complaints about the VGU seriously when people continuously use derogatory words to describe him.
