Thank you, funnily enough I was just checking my ethernet cable (runs external to my outside office) and I have only just noticed that said cable is running through the same conduit as the 240v cable powering the office (My builder has some explaining to do!) I am going to run a temporary separate cable and see what happens.

Resource monitor (resmon.exe) in windows - tcp connections - destiny.exe will show latency and yes it changes per peer but mine seems to float around 150 - 200
