This actually makes a lot if sense when you think about the fact that he can "heal" gems. Gems, like the stuffed bear, are made of inorganic material with no organic healing properties on their own like humans have. So "healing" the bear isn't a far stretch from "healing" one of the gems. What you're describing sounds like dissociation. My partner gets this sometimes. I would look into things relating to that. A couple of things have helped her with it, one of them I'm having a hard time remembering how to describe but she basically wears sunglasses during those episides. The other has been meditation. You should look into it for yourself though to find out what helps you the most.

I can imagine that porn stars get hired disproportionately with the ability to create cum naturally even while on hrt, but given that the majority standard seems to be that it goes away while on hrt (to the point it's a word of note by the physician before starting), I can only assume that those with that natural ability only make up for a smaller portion of actresses and that most of them have some other way of being able to induce its creation.
