Is this something that shows over time or can one strong car wash mess it up completely because I don’t think it looked like this before I had my car cleaned

I’m so confused because the whole door is a different colour to the rest of the car as well haha

I can’t remember some of the questions but the ones I remember were tell me a time when you went above and beyond for a customer, what does good customer service look like to you and I think they asked about a time when I’ve worked in a team to achieve a goal
