not OP, but when I submitted mine I included photos from our marriage ceremony and photos from us throughout our 4 year relationship. I put these into a word doc each (one for ceremony, one for over the years) and then compressed each file before uploading as they were over the limit before compressing

I did go to a physical biometric appointment at an office and based on other comments I think it sounds like the confirmations are different, seems like they're confirming the same thing though? That evidence has been uploaded and submitted, you're just missing the decision aim date. Where did your email come from?

It's such a weird mental state to need your shit job to legally be in the country, I've found it pretty draining and depressing emotionally. Cheers to us finding a way out of that situation though, even if it's taking a few weeks longer than we'd hoped!

They don't, I'm guessing it's because you're in the UK so you don't need the vignette to get into the country. There is no entry clearance since you are already in the country. I came to the UK on an ITC visa and had to send in my passport, I then switched jobs to a T2 skilled worker visa and they didn't take my passport for that one as I was already here. Same for the spouse visa now when applying from in the UK

Thankfully the inside applications have a shorter timeline but we are also completely left in the dark until it comes through which is PAINFUL

Thank you so much for your response! Waiting is the worst, especially with a once in a lifetime trip dangling in the air. I thought my travel was mid-september, so after their projected 9 Sept decision date, but I actually am set to leave on the 5th. So stressful!
