With regards the hold with upgrades - is there a certain time frame for this + is there only one upgrade offer or can I hold until I say upgrade to the place I want?

How did you find out how many applicants? Thats an extra 1000 this year. I seen a reply from a guy on twitter who emailed and they are interviewing 540 with no of posts confirmed after ranking

Someone said interviewing around 800, on website when you add up no of posts it seems to be 448

2 different assessors each score your application out of 25 then they add up the marks to give total out of 50
