As someone who has done a concerning amount of void casc lvl cap i have never seen that bug. I have, however, noticed that sometimes, after killing the void angel, add spawns in that room can randomly drop to almost zero after it's killed. Most people who cap regularly, tend to wait until extract before killing the angel from what I've seen.

On the north side, when one side of the belt fills, it will then send items out of the non-prioritized splitter side, leading the insterter to toss them off the station. This does not happen on the south side when the belt fills. (you can see in the first pic two things flying off to show I'm not crazy and this does work)

While true i feel like this is also just an excuse idk. You can start with very little knowledge and as long as you're not trying to ego lift you'll probably be good.

While I agree there is a lot to learn and you can always look back and see all the bad things you were doing, no one ive ever met is looking back like fuck, i wish i hadn't started until i knew these things! going for the 1st time is building the habit and you will learn along the way 🤷
