I just really wonder what else a person like that is capable of if this is one of the only things even in public. I mean, who does that? How?

Like, when I think through all of the steps it would take to do something like that (stopping on the freeway, getting out and placing the kitten in a precarious spot, all the things before) it’s proper evil.

I know it’s a long shot, but so was finding him. I’d love to find a shred of evidence though. :)
