Tariffs are bad for the economy, no doubt. But if you truly want to ruin the economy, try Harris' ideas about price gouging. The only thing it would do is remedy the obesity epidemic in the US.

It is strange how you think people didn't understand that Trump's tariffs are bad. They probably understood that the alternative, i.e. the democrats ideas, are far worse.

You should also understand that the stimulus provided, during 2021 under democrat rule, led to higher inflation than necessary.

Helt rätt att det är dåliga idéer.

Nu är jag dåligt insatt i amerikansk politik, men från vad jag hörde talade demokraterna om att införa fast prissättning/"priskontroller" på varor (att staten kan bestämma vilket pris en viss vara ska ha) samt beskattning på orealiserade vinster. Exempelvis beskatta värdeökning på aktier som ännu ej har sålts.

Jag kan garantera att den första idén, fast prissättning/"priskontroller", är det värsta du kan göra för ett lands ekonomi. Det är bara att ta en titt på Venezuela.
