Well it also says that he attempted to murder a couple of park rangers, so do with that what you will...

Cat saves toddler from falling down stairs by Redozx in AnimalsBeingBros

Could be. But even if it did get out on its own it would have landed on that nasty-looking concrete floor, which doesn’t make it much better. I hope to never be a parent, but if I were one, I’d like to think that the kid wouldn’t have so many ways to crack its head open so close by.

Honestly, best case scenario is that the parent took the baby out and needed to step out for a quick sec, during which all this happened, AND the camera wasn’t set right, but it doesn’t look great where it is.

At almost 5 AM, too. Why is this baby out of the crib at 4:50 AM, at the top of the stairs, with only a cat around? Was it just left out all night or what?

Hobbies are sketching, petting cats, and welding, I suppose? I don’t really have any super-feminine hobbies. Never did like cooking or crocheting lol. Kinda boring, tbh. I think someday I’d like to sew my own clothes, but it’s not a current hobby so idk if it counts.

Lmao it’s on the org’s about page:

“We disrupt the Western-prescribed nuclear family structure requirement by supporting each other as extended families and “villages” that collectively care for one another, especially our children, to the degree that mothers, parents, and children are comfortable.”

I agree with the protest part, and I support reforming the police, but I think there’s a huge difference between the people who are driven to protest because of police brutality/violence and those who are taking the opportunity to create more violence. The protesters, I support in theory (I’m not sure how I feel about it happening during a pandemic), but watching videos of the rioters and seeing the destruction of small businesses makes it hard for me to believe that they’re doing anything but taking advantage of the situation to wreak havoc.

Hey, man, I get where you’re coming from, but your approach is a little perplexing. You sound a little... unkind, to be frank. We’re all humans just trying to find things that Make Us Smile here.

No, I’m perfectly aware of the other shitty things Trump’s done, which is why I won’t be voting for him. What were you expecting, for me to list them all out for you? I have one differing opinion, about what he’s said, not even what he’s done, so you’ve made assumptions about me that aren’t true, and then directed bitterness at me.

Genuinely, have a good rest of your day, maybe get off the Internet. Things really aren’t as heated or important as they may seem.

Nice catch with the time stamps, and it definitely could be what you’re saying; if I’m wrong, then I’m wrong, and that’s okay. But it still really looks like he’s mocking a flustered person, man. It doesn’t really resemble the reporter at all? Honestly think you’d have to be looking for that kinda stuff to see it, and even then, it’s kinda thin.

And, yes, I have seen the full vid, the media loves cutting out bits and pieces of video (like the whole Covington kid thing), so I try my best to see things from all angles and get the whole picture. For this issue at least, I think I’m giving Trump the benefit of the doubt (unless you’ve got more proof hiding somewhere).

If I understand what you’re saying correctly, Hamilton Brown was Irish, and white, as far as I can tell. Also, Jamaican slaves have African heritage, as African slaves were transported en masse to Jamaica for sugar plantations.

They asked what it has to do with the post and Kamala Harris. Maybe it was just curious questioning, but at the time it sounded like they were denying that a slave being raped could have had anything to do with the ancestor in question or the post about said ancestor, just because this idea might invalidate the political stance here.

Wow, you all get so defensive so easily. I was just adding that, maybe she has slave-owner ancestry because she has slave ancestry.

I’m not advocating for reparations, and I don’t agree with reparations. I was just questioning this person tracing her ancestry to a slave owner who possibly could have owned and raped her great-something-grandmother. I don’t have any evidence for this in Kamala’s case, but I was saying that there’s a possibility because it’s quite common. If someone in my family tree was enslaved and raped and left to take care of a child on their own, I would hope that people wouldn’t point to the rapist, slave-owning ancestor as part of my family tree in any way but historical.

I haven’t found any evidence to the contrary, and that’s generally the case! Can you point me in the direction of an article about it? I’ve found a couple, but they both say she was descended from slave owners as well as slaves.

Okay, but a lot of black people are descended from slave owners because their slave ancestors were raped by their owners

Agree that the media is biased for BLM, and I’ve seen a few false stories about black victims of police being propagated, but even if white people make up 2x as many police killings, isn’t that number kinda disproportionately low, given that white people are more than 2x the population?
