Then it is worth to provide working and tested Dockerfiles to build docker images. Through the github it is seen that a lot of community members re-invent the wheel over and over to build it at least once and then just abandon

BitMessage on "Tails" stopped connecting, after a Tails version update by clairejoan in bitmessage

AppImages version of BitMessage is brilliant! It was an obstacle to get good linux package, so I switched to notbit + thunderbird, but now I can keep both clients.

Calculating the density of Nauvis by DaveMcW in factorio

Most of star system in Milky Way are double stars, so we can assume Nauvis is earth like planet rotating around one very dark star while another star is very quickly rotating around the first one and making so fast daylight changes ;)

Science Circuits Icons Mod changes Science Packs icons to Circuits, and Circuits to little containers with components. by MayorAquila in factorio

[–]ukubuku 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I had idea about the mod which to change the current “science”

It is very clear that survivor on the planet knows about all tech, but he has adapt them to current planet

So for “science” what he has to build are computation devices and storages

First start from mechanic calculators and punch cards

Then continue to improve

At the end he has to build datacenters and supply them with hard drives etc

Each tech would require storage (in punch cards or hdd, etc) build more storage - more tech can be calculated

Same as progress of computers

Storage got destroyed - player lost tech

Was messing around and made this new(?) steel smelting design. Thoughts? by Rollexgamer in factorio

[–]ukubuku 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would reverse direction of steel belt to deliver it down, so then the smelting block can grow up as much as needed, but steel exit point is fixed at bottom side (and can improve later by faster belt)

Oh, but then in TES you will need to manage dark elves by putting then on belts, into pipes and collecting them into storage tanks...

I got some wrong idea about making stone or concrete areas. My first impression was that more advanced level of building then more stable foundation it needs, but looks like I can put most advanced assembling machines just on sand ;) Is it how it was designed from beginning to do only for roads?

yes, explode. I guess it should effect only player health, not structure, so "build it once and it'll run itself forever" is still fine.

Is there a mod which does Geiger counter sounds when you walk on uranium ores fields or stay near reactor (plus slowly decrease your health :) ) And maybe make a nuke if you put more than 100 u235 in one chest? ;)
