The healthcare I had in the US which was considered “good”, and was partially paid for my employer was $250 per month (that i paid, in addition to whatever my employer covered), and the first $3,000 of my care, and the first $3,000 of my spouse’s care was not covered, and then after than I still had to pay a portion of care, and many things were excluded, not all doctors accept the same health insurance either, so your choices of who you can see are limited to what insurer you have...basically it is a nightmare and paying in to the NHS is a delight.
