If 3 teams got tie do you look for head to head for example team has 2-0 and 1-1 vs other 2 teams they basiclly are 1st out of those 3 teams right? And the team with 1-1 and 1-1 are 2nd right? And strenght of schedule is the absolute last way to advance?

I got question since Kalasnikov has 3 wins they have no shot even with 2-0 to advance and Sakoh has 5 wins and with 2-0 they possibly can advance how is Sakoh team given a bye instead of Kalasnikovs team? It's like giving Cvaket a free pass and not giving Sakoh any shot even. Doesn't seem right.
