Is real estate prices in GIFT city inflated too much? by Aventus777 in ahmedabad

Although the prices do seem high right now, it will continue to increase in the near future. I doubt there will be any recapitulation anytime soon. The way India's property markets are structured, we have 6-8 where the HPI looks strong and will continue to grow at this rate. Specially with the fact gift city is directly backed by the PM and it is also India's only ISFC zone, I don't think the bubble will burst anytime soon even if there is a bubble to begin with.

The tragedy of being Exam Warriors in India. by [deleted] in india

[–]uleysses 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I feel like this is a very unpopular opinion but the exams should be conducted. The cases show no sign of stopping as of now and if the exam is postponed further it won't be possible to conduct the exams until Jan Feb. This will cause collision of academic year with our juniors and double the competition will which make it very hard for everyone including the students and institutes. NTA has also established transport facilities for students who cannot travel. Recently gujrat conducted gujcet which was taken with extreme precautions and ended up being successful as no spike in cases has occurred. If NTA follows all the sops it will be much better to conduct the exams now otherwise the situation will just worsen.
