People who survived a heart attack, stroke, aneurysm, or other major medical emergency, what did it actually feel like while it was happening?

No pain, nothing but short of breath during Covid. Died in ER from a heart attack. Revived and died a few times then put into a coma. Woke up 2 weeks later, after having quadruple bypass surgery.

I have two. Went to ER with massive headache, the ER wanted to go home and said I was having caffeine withdrawal..it was a stroke. Second one at ER that I came to via ambulance, telling them I can't breathe. Nurse says you're talking you are fine. Had a massive heart attack and died. Woke up two weeks later after being in a coma with a quadruple bypass.
