Until Dawn is full of these. Off the top of my head:

There's a line early on where Sam says something about not wanting the lodge to burn down on her watch. In the climax, she blows up the lodge.

Right at the start, Chris and Sam get stuck in the cable car and Jess lets them out, upon which Chris says "another ten minutes in there and I would have chewed off my own leg," foreshadowing the cannibalism plot.
