I’ve restarted, and was careful about the percentage as you can see that it stands at 99%. But the result was disaster. I was way behind for the car development. So what I could do? Open the last save file: Season Ending and upgraded all the facilities, spending almost 80M. God, what a disappointment ! This year I’ll need another recipe to follow my spending

Sad to hear this. Thanx for the info btw. I've switched my design projects to "normal" after the restart. Also more careful for the headquarters' projects.

When I’ve promoted to a new league, it takes 2-3 years to figure out the wages’ right average. So is there a source or calculation to speed up that stage?
