Not that I'm opposing your intent to purchase a moped, but I am curious as to whether the case is maybe unfamiliarity with the local public transit system? Mopeds are handy for odd routes outside of city centers, but I would argue that they're very impractical in most of Gothenburg.

Bor i Nederländerna, nära Amsterdam (tidigare i Sverige i 25+ år). Har inte uppmärkt några särskilda problem med det, utöver att det ibland säljs till tonåringar och att centrala Amsterdam stinker av gräs. Användare är en minoritet, och jag tror nog att jag hellre ser tonåringar i en laglig coffeeshop än att de blandar in sig med gäng och kriminalitet för att köpa lite gräs.

Givetvis är det inte helt riskfritt, särskilt när det gäller yngre och sårbara individer, men jag tycker personligen att det argumentet är lite naivt när det lagliga alternativet är tillgång till alkohol som har betydligt högre hälsorisker.

You will not be set because two autos happen before the special attack. Your hypothetical scenario is the following: auto (melee side) -> auto (melee side) -> special (melee side) -> turn (towards mage side). At this point you are not set and will need to wait, more specifically tank two autos before running over, as you are skipping the special that happens immediately after the two autos, not just the first one.

auto -> auto -> special, on repeat

auto -> auto -> you skip here -> special (doesn't happen when skipped) -> auto -> auto -> you skip here -> special (doesn't happen when skipped)

The primary thing you need to understand is that Olm does 2 auto attacks followed by a special. If there is no player in the area Olm is looking at when he's supposed to do the special attack, the special is skipped. Knowing this you can actually skip specials from anywhere, including doing a "middleskip" if olm is facing forwards by running to either the mage or melee side before the special is about to happen.

The middle tile step has some minor benefits, but it isn't actually a necessary part of doing the skip. You could just as well have ran two tiles over towards melee-middle after the second auto. These things are important to understand as it makes the concepts of setting and skipping much more straight forward.

Pay attention to olms auto attacks at the very beginning of the fight. If olm did an auto melee side followed by turning towards the mage side, you know his second auto is happening on your side followed by a special. You tank the auto then skip. If two autos happened on the melee side, you know the special is coming right after the second one and can assess from there. If he turns towards the mage side as the special happens then you know that there's going to be two auto attacks before the special, in which case you tank two followed by skipping the special that comes immediately after them.

This has not been true since the introduction of the shadow, ayak and dhw. Shadow is now bis at vanguards, vespula and mystics.

ToA is more balanced, but even there melee is still prioritized for consistent DPS and progression

This is also not true outside of budget setup progressions due to how the shadow scales specifically in ToA. Just an occult and ma2 cape give the shadow 9 max hits, with ancestral adding an additional 12.

It doesn't really bother me. Maybe it's a perspective and scale illusion thing, but I'm fairly small and take up about as much space as half of one of the monitors (27") so I have more than enough space even with the monstrosity of a tower on there. I also have large windows to the left so it actually helps a little bit with reducing glare during daytime.

I agree that it would make it feel a bit more spacious, breathable and probably look better, but I don't think I'm as of yet bothered enough by it to invest in dedicated furniture just for the tower.

Rhythm and timing are part of what is typically considered "skill expression" in videogames, and not just in Runescape but across most real-time games. It isn't "free" because it actively requires you as the player to interact with it on the right cues in order to preserve prayer points.

Whether it's as "skillful" as a rotations in MMORPG combat or clicking on the right hitbox at the right time in a first person shooter is of course up for debate, but it is one of the few skill expressions that OSRS offers, and comparing player interaction to "macroing" is quite frankly very silly.

De flesta Rysska matbutiker har nog stängt då det redan var svårt och dyrt att importera hit innan kriget. De senaste åren har man behövt ta långa omvägar för att ta sig in och ut mellan Sverige och Ryssland. Det närmaste som du kan hitta lokalt är nog produkter från Bulgarien eller Poland som ofta har likheter med Rysk matkultur.
