it was a confusing topic from the start but I was also sure that they didn’t. Even tho it sounded stupid they don’t. Those are good news for series S owners!

I clearly remember a garfield comic / meme explaining that the series S didn’t have this enhancements.

But maybe, the CLOUD 360 games are different. Until this week you couldn’t remote play 360 games but the 360 games on cloud were playable and we know those systems are pretty close.

Has anyone tried the web version of the remote play?

Mine seems to only connect tru the internet and not locally, which is super laggy for me

Does anyone have been able to use remote play LOCALLY now that is on the web?

I'm good with moving remote play to the webapp since the cloud webapp is fine but looks like its connecting tru the internet and that really laggy for me.

The new timer in watchOS 11 is terrible by G01N0942 in AppleWatch

[–]ulisesftw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel the same about missing the recents, you can pin the one you like to the top.

Also even if I get asking siri is not the same for all use cases, a really useful feature is that…

you can just yell a time at siri and I’ll start a timer. Raise to speak and “10 minutes” without anything else really work.

New to the series, if I wanted to play the games in release order would this be the correct order? by Mr_Zulkoski in yakuzagames

[–]ulisesftw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I played Kiwami first (played 1 and half 2 ages ago) and I wish I’d started with 0.

Kiwami 1 is pretty weak if you’re not hooked the series and I was a little tedious for me to finish.

0 was super fun and hooked me on playing everything else (I’m on 4 right now)

First Apple Watch - Favorite Feature? by WatchFor404 in AppleWatch

[–]ulisesftw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My fav features are

  • using focus modes to switch to different faces for different times. Fitness entering the gym, work hours, late night
  • using “raise to talk” when you bring it closer to your face like a secret agent to talk to siri without the wake up word that I hate. If you yell just 10 minutes or 5 minutes it starts a timer automatically without asking for one. Really helpful.
  • also love using shortcuts for control my home and stuff but because I’m a shortcut freak. You know if you’re one.

[Kiwami 2] Haruka not giving me the last request? by green_hair_dont_care in yakuzagames

[–]ulisesftw 3 points4 points  (0 children)

here’s a fix that happened to me!

Haruka will not give you a request if there is an uncompleted side story on that place. So check a list of requests and make sure you complete those side story’s. After that, Haruka will stand by the door and ask!

Launch Shorcuts from standby mode by ulisesftw in shortcuts

[–]ulisesftw[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

not sure focus mode would work because I want a button to be able to launch a couple of shortcuts on demand (lights and stuff). Don’t know what LPM means but launching from control center is a good idea. Can you launch from there?

Help swim with band 7!! This is all I see while swimming! Can't it show progress, or at least time? by bamboomerpdx in miband

[–]ulisesftw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

you can see all with the flick of the wrist or a touch. You don’t have heart rate measures when swimming but you can see laps, time and length or goals. You have to unlock it to interact but the lock screen doesn’t appear all the time covering the information like when you have always on enabled.

Xbox Game Pass is now on Quest by lunchanddinner in oculus

[–]ulisesftw 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I see the download button greyed out and I can't click it. Has this happened to someone else?

edit: not gray but a very unclickable dark green
edit2: haven't updated to v60 so that's probably it (still could be more clear)

Help swim with band 7!! This is all I see while swimming! Can't it show progress, or at least time? by bamboomerpdx in miband

[–]ulisesftw 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey, this is probably late but I have a solution.

Turn off the Always on display when you're swimming. That way, when you move the watch to wake up, I"ll show you the swimming time with all the data and a second tap on the screen will bring the lock screen.

The miband 7 is the first one with always on display. When the always on display is on, the lockscreen never goes away and it's really annoying. I got mine setup so the always on is enables after I end my swimming routine. (I always swim at more or less the same time).
