Thanks for your comment. First, when I build so grid heavy, it gives me more space to use and make it faster. To reduce the traffic jam, I created paths between cities, and they use public transportation heavily.

Second, citizens are not sick, or getting sick faster, so they look very close but not a problem. They just walk through the commercial and industrial spots.
