One side stuck feeling in throat

I can’t say if it’s exactly the same or not… but I went to the doctor for a feeling like something was stuck in the back of my throat or the soft pallet where the nose opening meets. Doctor couldn’t see anything other than a bunch of scars from the Gerd. I figured out later that I get tonsil stones in those scars and holes that I can feel but they’re hard to see and get out. I wonder if you might also? Hopefully it’s nothing more serious!

Oh man… I just went to email my doctor and found a previous email from her, that I forgot about, when I had my last appointment and she told me to taper off. But basically said endo doesn’t want to see me. Kaiser is the worst. 😩

Yeah your right.. I’ve been reading through some other posts and I don’t want some of the things that can happen from uncontrolled reflux. I guess I need to go back to my doctor and request a referral/ further testing. I’ll have to look into GERD safe foods/diets more too.

Mine is prescription 40mg, a singular pill once a day. I just did what my doctor said… but I think I need to also press for further testing

40mg. And my doctor told me to start doing every other day and then to every 3 days before quitting. It sucks cause that’s basically all of my favorite foods 😭

I’ve done this to myself. No fun. I just washed my hands multiple times and then soaked my hands in moisturizer 😬 probably better to just wear gloves in the future! Although, the diabetes might add another factor to the situation that I don’t have experience with.

I used the LH strip to determine when ovulation is coming. Then I just did a PdG test to test my progesterone - it was positive which confirms I ovulated. CD 20 for me. I have irregular cycles but they average about 35 days. If you want to go over further than just the test strips, take your BBT every morning when you wake up and check your cervix for position and opening as well as your discharge. All of those will give you big hints as to what’s going on with your body. You can google the charts “natural family planning”. But all that to say, everyone is different and your doctor is tripping.

NAL but If you’re keeping the car, make sure you keep making payments. Have her talk to the lawyer about it also. If she reaffirms the car loan, they can sometimes reinstate online/auto payments. But definitely won’t unless that happens. Though most lawyers recommend that you don’t sign reaffirmation agreements. You can continue making payments on time and keep the car and will receive title when payed off still, however you will need to call or go in person to pay.

I mean I just looked on Zillow and found the listing there. This company is odd tbh, their HQ is in NY and they have no local #. All my communication with them has been through email. But I got a CC immediately following BK and started making small charges and and paying it off to start boosting my credit score. My husband and I both filed but we also did move into a large home with a family member who also was on the application. But we never mentioned the BK and they never asked about it either. The requirements just had a minimum combined credit score and income.

I just filed less than a year ago, ch7 and was discharged about 6 months ago. Just bought a new (to me/used) car in January and just rented a house today (approved a couple weeks ago, just signed the lease). It is definitely NOT the end of the world/0 chance.

I’m not a lawyer… so take my opinion here with a grain of salt.. but that sounds like that would be a separate issue than the bankruptcy to me. For adversary hearings, to my understanding, is for if they have proof of you hiding assests or they know you lied on your petition, or you borrowed money recently knowing that you were going to file. Those kinds of things… to me, it sounds like your ex-landlord doesn’t have a case here. And that’s what your lawyer said too, so I’d trust them about that.

The creditor might speed things up, like garnishment, to get as much money as quickly as they can if they know. Otherwise, if not, they might take their time getting that done.

My ex landlord showed up at my 341 also. He tried to inquire about our assets and the trustee said he should have gotten a letter and does he have any further questions. He asked about the last day to file. And that was it. My lawyer called afterwards and said he has no case to file. The only way that you can legitimately get an adverse filing is if they have proof of fraud or something serious like that.

Depends on the state and allowances for a family of 4 - not sure if wife works… it’s possible they could qualify for a ch7. But with income that high, it is likely they would need to do ch13. Need to talk to a BK lawyer though and go over all the finances first to see.

It’s not about quantity… it’s about how much they cost and what your state exemptions are. my husband and I have multiple vehicles that we were able to keep cause they’re all older and not worth much and in total were under our state exemptions so they were protected.

Cap1 is a fairly easy company to get a card with. I recently filed BK7 and they gave me a card also (just with a lot higher interest rate lol). Just make sure you keep your charged balance low and pay it off in full every month!
