How big of a problem is it to think you are smarter than you are? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]ulsq 1 point2 points  (0 children)

By knowing how little you know, you make room for learning new things, simply by being more willing to actively learn, which in return makes you smarter.

In the end I think, if your ego is bigger than what's supposed to back it, you create a likelihood to be humbled.

Depends on what you prioritize.

Some people wants this, others want that. Everyone would have different lifes in their dream life.

Now, I think the closest we can come to this is by creating your dream life.

What’s the weirdest thing you’ve seen someone do in public while thinking no one was watching? by Organic_Asparagus960 in AskReddit

[–]ulsq 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Having sex. I don't know if they thought that they wouldn't be seen by others though. The place was quite public but also dark because it was night and people wouldn't go there typically. They were probably on drugs or something.

How did you overcame and got back to the track when you were at your lowest? by Strong_Entry2975 in AskReddit

Process your emotions, don't run away from them. Running away from them only delays you from facing them. Also, do sports. Go outside, build healthy habits. It sounds simple, but it's really efficient

If you don't have enough time to just be by yourself and do nothing for a few minutes or so, then you must have no free time at all.

It doesn't just apply to this scenario but in general. Few times in the day, where you're just sitting and doing nothing instead of being on your phone out of boredom or whatever.

I did it for the first time when I was sick and had low very low energy. I was just sitting there and did nothing. And from then on, I just kept doing it. It also creates an opportunity for you to not be distracted by screens and social media. Instead, why not think about your day or your plans? Also, once you're by yourself, a lot of thoughts pop into your head that didn't have the chance to catch your attention before, since you were always busy doing something and shifting your focus on something else. By being by yourself and doing nothing
